Information Services and Online Student Affairs

Each student at the University of Ljubljana obtains her/ his own digital identity and can use certain information services provided by University and Arnes.

Further information regarding UL information services could be found at University web site.

Issues as digital identity, forgotten passwords, e-mail, an error report etc. should be handled by student through ID portal UL.

Online Student Affairs (ŠIS/ VIS) for doctoral programme in Environmental Protection

Students in Environmental Protection can enter online student affairs with her/ his DIGITAL IDENTITY UL-ID. Online Student Affairs can be accessed through following link: https://visulvo.uni-lj.si/. 

Your primary email address at your VIS profile will be the official university e-mail (....@student.uni-lj.si), and all the information regarding study will be sent to that address. It is therefore obligatory to registrate a student email address! Your personal email address shall remain in VIS as your secondary email address, and you would be able to change it if necessary.
